This is a lovely home. Very comfortable and peaceful. The house is clean, organized, and well-designed. The pool and yard were perfect. The host, Victor, was friendly, communicative and helpful. I wish I could have stayed longer!

This house was great and we really enjoyed it! Victor was very attentive and helpful with all the house amenities!! The pool and spa were an awesome addition to the open floor plan of the home. The house was very comfortable and contemporarily decorated; we would recommend it to others and would certainly consider renting it again.

Victor was a wonderful host, accommodating us at the last minute for our trip. He helped salvage a vacation for us by being responsive within minutes that his place was available when a last minute cancellation for us elsewhere almost stopped our vacation in its tracks. Victor was very responsive, communicative, and the place was exactly what we wanted, a private spot to hang out as a family. That it had a private pool and was in a walkable area was a great plus. It is close to the beach making it very easy to have a nice beach day.

We can't say enough good things about our stay , it was exactly as the pictures showed, we were there for a business meeting at the Hyatt up the street and thought it would be nice to have our whole family together since our sons work for us instead of a hotel room especially having my 8 month old grandaughter, Victor provided a high chair, a travel crib and we had no problem allowing my grandaughter to crawl as the home was pristine! It had everything you needed and then some, coffee maker, expresso, tea pot, spices, cleaing products etc... too much to go on and I truly loved when I got up in the morning and had my coffee on the screened in back patio and saw an occassional bunny or two, so relaxing, easy to communicate with, he checked in to make sure everything was ok and see if we needed anything, truly a wonderful experience!! Thank you Victor so very much

Victor was an incredible host. He was so helpful and responsive throughout the whole week if we needed anything. The place was an absolute dream. We spent the week there with our four kids. The kids loved the pool, it was perfect for them, a great temperature, good depth for jumping, and the hot tub was so relaxing. We enjoyed cooking burgers in the outdoor kitchen. We all slept so comfortably in the beds and the lot was nice and private. We also were a walkable distance from the Gordon River Greenway which provides nice running paths for a morning workout. Just an incredible week all around from the beautiful setting to the amazing host. Highly recommend staying here!

Victor was great. Very responsive. Allowed us to check in early. Dropped off extra garbage bags for us. The house is well stocked and has great pots and pans and stuff to cook with. We felt right at home. Would love to stay again.

Victor was an amazing host and very accommodating. His home was very clean and well maintained. There is lots to do in the surrounding area from shopping to dining. VERY IMPRESSIVE!!! I would definitely stay there again.

Our stay at this Airbnb was absolutely wonderful! The house was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The host was incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect, providing thoughtful touches and quick communication throughout. The location is fantastic—close to everything yet peaceful enough to relax and unwind. I would recommend this home and host to family and friends, and I’m happy to give it a full 5/5 stars.

WE LOVED IT!!!! Victor’s home in Naples was the perfect home base for our family trip. The house was perfect for relaxing, cooking meals, playing games, and enjoying the weekend. Victor was responsive, helpful, and had the house prepped with everything we needed. Ten out of ten and we can’t wait to come back! Location felt like an east ten minute drive from everywhere. Great spot!l

Victor is an excellent host! His place is awesome, and all of his information listed is accurate and not exaggerated. Victor was very pleasant to talk with and very helpful when any issues came up. I would recommend Victor or anyone visiting the Naples area!
