We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home in Naples! The location is perfect just 1 mile from the beach, which made it super easy to enjoy the ocean anytime we wanted. The house itself was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The highlight was definitely the pool spacious, clean, and perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, and everything from restaurants to shops is just a short drive away. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful and enjoyable Naples getaway!

A Perfect Stay! Victor's place was absolutely magnificent! The location is ideal—less than five minutes from the beach—and the home itself is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. The kitchen had all the appliances and utensils we needed, and there were plenty of bath and beach towels, sheets, and bedding available. The house was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. We truly wish we could have stayed longer. I will definitely be coming back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a stay in the Naples area!

Absolutely in love with this home. It was easy to get too, central, the home itself was spotless and inviting. The pool was big, clean and enclosed. Also the pool got amazing sun light, pool was always warm and clean. The neighborhood was calm and welcoming. Great spot for families. It’s also only a short drive to many local beaches, restaurants, and malls.

Everything that was promoted, was experienced, from the home to the community and surroundings! It was truly a peaceful, pleasant and comfortable stay, looking forward to the next one at this location in the future! Thank you Victor for having us, the pleasure was ours!

We were in Naples for my father’s funeral and Victor’s home accommodated our large family with room to spare. The home is open and airy and the bedrooms are large and well appointed. The bathrooms were also fantastic. Although we did not have time to enjoy the pool/spa area, it was a nice bonus to have that option. Our favorite restaurants and the beach were only 5 minutes away and the airport was a quick 30 minutes away.

Victor’s place was the perfect base for our trip to Naples. The home was spotless, stylish, and very comfortable — exactly as shown in the photos. The location was excellent, within a short distance to great restaurants, the beach, and local attractions. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches like fresh towels, a well-equipped kitchen, and strong Wi-Fi. Victor was a fantastic host — very responsive, friendly, and gave us great local tips that really enhanced our experience.
