Good to know

The property is cozy unit in a duplex. It has two bedrooms, one bathroom, a kitchen, dining table, and living room. The kitchen stocked with supplies to cook, but if you find it's missing something, reach out and we'll do our best to supply you with what you need! There are bath towels and beach towels included. There is a television in the living room and a television in the room with a queen bed (newly installed). The units are simple, but functional and a great deal for two bedrooms right by the beach! Feel free to reach out with any questions!

House Rules

Only Pre-approved pets are welcome with a $75 pet fee. Pets must be in a crate when left alone and must stay off the furniture. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home. Any violation will result in User(s) being charged an additional fee of $500.00.

You will have the whole apartment to yourself. There is a private laundry room and plenty of parking! The back patio has is also private and is not visible from the neighboring unit.

Thank you again for the hospitality. Definitely a home away from home and was extremely convenient having the necessities needed for cooking and general activities rather then buying or packing them 1200 miles. The foos ball table and monopoly game was a pleasant surprises and a favorite of my daughters. My favorite would have to be the new charcoal grill. Will absolutely recommend this property and look forward to exploring it as a possibility again when planning our next vacation adventure. Ten to twenty minutes from dozens of activities and beaches. I have never liked going to the same beach on multiple days. I think we explored 8 beaches as well as shopping and children's activities. Thank you again for an amazing stay.

The perfect place to stay!! Only about a 10-15 minute drive from everything we did. Victor gave us some great recommendations on places to stop by as well. He made our stay so comfortable.

Victor’s place was exactly as described and perfect for our trip which included visiting Marco Island (about 40 minutes away) and Bonita Springs (about 25 minutes away), as well as Naples beaches (5-10 minute drive).

I can not say anything but FANTASTIC about our stay. The place was clean, organized, dry and had everything we needed. The location is central and I was able to run every morning in the neighborhood which is cute. We will absolutely stay again and as a host, Victor was extremely responsive and helpful. Anything we needed we were accommodated perfectly.

My family and I enjoyed our stay there. The place is brand new with new appliances. It is extremely clean and is in a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Victor responded quickly once I reached out to him. I highly recommend this listing.
