Primary renter must be 25 or older. Please make sure all doors are closed & locked each time you leave the house. Out of respect for the neighbors, please keep the noise level down at night. The property is available only to the number of the guests in the booking, or agreed to in writing by the host. Unauthorized overnight guest/s without host's written permission may result in immediate booking cancelation or $100 per guest per night penalty. This is a non-smoking property. Smoking (vaping included) is prohibited in any area in or around the Property, whether enclosed or outdoor. Violation of this rule may result in an additional cleaning fee of $300. Pets are not allowed. Violation of this rule may result in a pet cleaning fee of $500. Regular trash pick up day: Tuesday & Friday; Recycle: Friday only The pool is cleaned every Friday morning. For your comfort, the pool is heated to 87° F. Adjusting the pool temperature is prohibited and may result in a $50 heating fee per night. Guests agree to use the swimming pool at their own risk. There is no lifeguard on duty. There is no diving or rough-housing allowed in the pool. The Host will not be held responsible for any injuries or death sustained by guests when using the swimming pool and Guests will indemnify the Host for any actions resulting from injuries to, or death of, guests. In order to maintain sanitary conditions and proper chemical balance, showering prior to use of the swimming pool is required. Small children and persons with health impairment, such as urinary incontinence, must wear swimming diapers and must also shower prior to use of the pool. All inexperienced swimmers and children under 16 years must be supervised at all times while in or near the pool. We do not provide US Coast Guard-approved flotation devices other than the emergency buoy ring mounted on the wall. Host may provide pool floats and toys for guest use. However, these items are not designed to assist inexperienced swimmers and may be used at Guests' own risk. We recommend all our guests wait 20-30 mins after applying sunscreen before entering the pool. This will allow the oil to absorb into the skin. It will also give better protection from the sun. No glass around the pool area. Please use the plastic glasses and plates provided in the kitchen. Pool towels are provided. Please do not use the bathroom towels in the pool area. On the day prior your departure, please let us know approximately when you are planning to check out. If anything is malfunctioning or damaged please let us know so we can repair or replace it. Please leave the house as neat as you found it. Please take out the trash, start the dishwasher, and start a load of towels washing, if needed. Illegal drugs or excessive drinking in or on the property is strictly prohibited. Medical consumption of marijuana (cannabis) and any other federally prohibited drug, possession, distribution, sale or storage of illegal or controlled substances and substance-related paraphernalia, inside the home or on the premises is forbidden and not allowed on the premises. Long term stays: Any stay longer than 28 days will require Guest to sign a rental agreement within 48 hours of making the reservation. Guest will receive a rental agreement via email within 4 hours of making a reservation. Failure to sign the rental agreement may result in the loss of the Guest's security deposit. If for any reason, Guest does not agree to the terms of the rental agreement, they may cancel their booking for a full refund within 48 hours of making a reservation.
