House Rules

Primary renter must be 25 or older. Please make sure all doors are closed & locked each time you leave the house. Out of respect for the neighbors, please keep the noise level down at night. The property is available only to the number of the guests in the booking, or agreed to in writing by the host. Unauthorized overnight guest/s without host's written permission may result in immediate booking cancelation or $100 per guest per night penalty. This is a non-smoking property. Smoking (vaping included) is prohibited in any area in or around the Property, whether enclosed or outdoor. Violation of this rule may result in an additional cleaning fee of $300. Pets are welcome with approval by the host. Only pets previously approved by host are allowed inside the home. Pets must be kept in a crate when unattended. Pets must be kept off the furniture, including beds. A pet fee of $95 must be paid before a pet may stay in the home. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets, including removing pet waste in the backyard, and an additional cleaning fee may be applied at the host’s discretion for failure to clean up after pets. Regular trash pick up day: Tuesday; Recycle: Monday On the day prior your departure, please let us know approximately when you are planning to check out. If anything is malfunctioning or damaged please let us know so we can repair or replace it. Please leave the house as neat as you found it. Please take out the trash, start the dishwasher, and start a load of towels washing, if needed. Illegal drugs or excessive drinking in or on the property is strictly prohibited. Medical consumption of marijuana (cannabis) and any other federally prohibited drug, possession, distribution, sale or storage of illegal or controlled substances and substance-related paraphernalia, inside the home or on the premises is forbidden and not allowed on the premises. Long term stays: Any stay longer than 28 days will require Guest to sign a rental agreement within 48 hours of making the reservation. Guest will receive a rental agreement via email within 4 hours of making a reservation. Failure to sign the rental agreement may result in the loss of the Guest's security deposit. If for any reason, Guest does not agree to the terms of the rental agreement, they may cancel their booking for a full refund within 48 hours of making a reservation.
